Evaluación de la implementación del POUZ de la Facultad de Educación y de la orientación percibida por los estudiantes de nuevo ingreso

    Tras el análisis en el curso 2015-2016 de las necesidades de integración y de orientación de los nuevos estudiantes del Grado en Magisterio en Educación Primaria y del Grado en Magisterio en Educación Infantil de la Facultad deEducación de la Universidad de Zaragoza, se diseñó y se programó el POUZ de nuestro centro. Durante el curso 2016-17 y a través de este proyecto, se ha evaluado dicha programación. En el marco del proyecto de innovación se han planteado como objetivos: conocer el grado de implementación de las acciones previstas por parte del binomio tutor mentor, analizar la orientación percibida de los estudiantes en relación a sus principales necesidades; realizar un diagnóstico del programa de orientación previsto inicialmente,en relación a utilidad percibida por los estudiantes, así como revisar y ajustar el programa de orientación para los estudiantes de nuevo ingreso. Todo este proceso se llevó a cabo con la participación de dos grupos diferentes de trabajo específicos, uno para el diseño de los instrumentos de recogida de información y otro para el análisis de los resultados. Resultados que se analizaron y discutieron en un seminario con la participación de los mentores y de los tutores A los cuestionarios respondieron un total 150 estudiantes con los siguientes resultados: el 47,9% de los estudiantes valoraron positivamente el POU como elemento facilitador de su integración en la facultad. El 100% de los tutores, el 80% de los mentores y el 68% de los estudiantes valoraron positivamente el binomio tutor-mentor. Tutores, mentores y estudiantes percibieron el POU con un alto grado de satisfacción. De esta manera, como conclusiones podemos afrmar que según la evaluación del POUZ de la Facultad de Educación diseñada y puesta en práctica durante el curso 2016-17, el plan aplicado ha alcanzado notablemente sus objetivos deorientación y acompañamiento a los estudiantes de nuevo ingreso para su integración positiva en la Universidad de Zaragoza y en la Facultad de Educación. Finalmente, a partir de este proyecto se ha mejorado notablemente el POU de la Facultad de Educación, realizando un nuevo diseño a partir de la evaluación de la experiencia del curso anterior.

    After the analysis during the 2015-2016 the needs of integration and orientation of new students of the degree in teaching in primary education and the degree in teaching in child education of the Faculty of education of the University of Zaragoza, is he designed and was programmed by our Center POUZ. During the year 2016-17, and through this project, it has evaluated this programming. Within the framework of the innovation project have been raised as a aims: knowing the degree of implementation of the actions envisaged by the binomial tutor mentor, analyze the perceived orientation of students in relation to their main needs; a diagnosis of the orientation programme initially envisaged in relation to utility perceived by students, as well as revise and readjust the orientation program for students to join. This whole process was conducted with the participation of two specifc diferent work groups, one for the design of information-gathering instruments and one for the analysis of the results. Results that were analysed and discussed at a seminar with the participation of mentors and tutors. The questionnaires responded a total 150 students with the following results: 47.9% of students welcomed the POU as a facilitating element of their integration into the school. 100% of tutors, 80% of the mentors, and 68% of students welcomed the binomial tutor-mentor. Tutors, mentors and students perceived the POU with a high degree of satisfaction. In this way, as conclusions can afrm that according to the evaluation of the POUZ of the Faculty of education designed and put into practice during the year 2016-17, applied plan has reached considerably their objectives to orientation and accompaniment to the new students for positive integration in the University of Zaragoza and the Faculty of education. Finally, from this project has been improved notably the POU of the Faculty of education, making a new design starting from the evaluation of the experience of the previous year.
