En esta tesis se plantea la reducción de los consumos de energía y las emisiones de dos edificios existentes en Galicia, uno ubicado en Carballo (A Coruña) y otro en Viveiro (Lugo). Para ello y sin modificar los aspectos arquitectónicos de los mismos, nos centraremos en la mejora de su envolvente térmica, la optimización o sustitución de los sistemas de instalaciones proyectadas y la posibilidad de potenciar o incorporar a los mismos las tecnologías renovables disponibles, de manera que se reduzca su consumo de energía primaria y final y consecuentemente sus emisiones de CO2. Para alcanzar los objetivos de la misma se partió del proyecto constructivo de cada uno de los edificios, en los que se incluía el archivo de calificación energética mediante el programa CALENER VYP. Partiendo de éste archivo, se fueron incorporando las sucesivas mejoras, de una manera acumulativa, observando la reducción de los consumos de energía y las emisiones; para ello se utilizó el programa citado anteriormente y el PostCalener. Con las mejoras incorporadas al edificio ubicado en Viveiro se logró que éste produzca más energía que la que consume, de acuerdo a los usos reglamentados en la calificación energética; toda ella de origen renovable y por lo tanto sin emisiones. La singularidad de la parcela del edificio ubicado en Carballo limitó la aplicación de las tecnologías renovables; no obstante, con las mejoras incorporadas, se alcanzó un ratio de consumo de energía primaria de 63,61 kWh/m2.año, que está por debajo de los requerimientos en Francia para ser considerado como edificio de consumo de energía casi nulo.

The main aim of this Thesis is the reduction of the consumptions of energy and the emission of two existent buildings in Galicia, one situated in Carballo (Coruña) and another in Viveiro (Lugo). For this and without modifying the architectural appearances of the same, we will center in the improvement of his enveloping thermal, the optimización or sustitución of the systems of installations projected and the possibility of strengthen or incorporate to the same the renewable technologies available, so that it reduce his consumption of primary energy and end and consecuentemente his emission of CO2. It was used the project of both buildings to achieve the aims of this tesis in which it was included the file of energetic qualification made with the program CALENER VYP. Splitting of this file, it was incorporated the successive and cumulative improvements, observing the reduction of the consumptions of energy and the broadcasts; for this we used the program quoted previously and the PostCalener. With the improvements incorporated to the building situated in Viveiro it was attained that the production of energy is higher than the consumption of agreement to the uses regulated in the energetic qualification; all this enegy have a renewable origin and therefore without broadcasts. The singularity of the plot of the building situated in Carballo limited the application of the renewable technologies; however, with the improvements incorporated, it was achieved a ratio of consumption of primary energy of 63,61 kWh/m2.year, that is by under the requests in France to be considered like building of consumption of energy almost lacking.
