Resumen de Traducir la banlieue y su expresión literaria: el caso de Boumkœur (1999) de Rachid Djaïdani y su lenguaje codificado

  Este trabajo tiene como objetivo principal contribuir a la divulgación de la literatura beur desde un enfoque traductológico. Partimos de un marco teórico donde se contextualiza una variedad lingüística particular como es el Français Contemporain des Cités, así como su relación con la literatura y la traducción. A continuación, un marco práctico cuyo objeto de estudio es la novela Boumkœur (1999) de Rachid Djaïdani, que analizamos desde un punto de vista lingüístico y estilístico para poder llevar a cabo su traducción a la lengua española, y de la que justificamos las decisiones de traducción en un posterior análisis traductológico. Ambas tareas lingüísticas y traslativas ponen de manifiesto la hibridez lingüística presente en la literatura beur, al igual que las dificultades que suscitan y las estrategias que aplica el traductor para resolverlas y lograr un texto equivalente en la lengua meta.

  This article has the objective of contributing to the spreading of the beur literature from a traductological perspective. The basis is a theoretical realm where a particular linguistic variety, namely the Français Contemporain des Cités, is contextualized as well as its relationship with literature and translation disciplines. Then, a practical realm which object of study is the novel Boumkœur (1999) by Rachid Djaïdani. The novel is analyzed from a linguistical and stylistic point of view in order to translate the text into Spanish and the decisions taken in the translative process are also justified in a subsequent translation analysis. Both linguistic and translation tasks bring to light the linguistic hybridity present in the beur literature, as well as the difficulties that arouse and the strategies that are to be applied by the translator so as to solve such difficulties and so as to obtain an equivalent text in the target language.
