Los honorarios de los administradores concursales y la cuenta de garantía arancelaria son cuestiones aún sin resolver en España. El presente trabajo se limita a estimar el funcionamiento de la cuenta de garantía arancelaria y evidenciar su problemática con datos estimados. Los resultados obtenidos, que analizan más de 2500 concursos de acreedores de empresas y datos secundarios de más de 250 administradores, demuestran que la garantía arancelaria estimada no cubriría la totalidad de riesgo asumido. Esto denota, la necesidad de abordar este problema con la revisión de la doctrina y jurisprudencia para demostrar la falta de recursos de los administradores concursales y dar una solución
The fees of the insolvency administrators and the fees guarantee account are still unresolved issues in Spain. The present work is limited to estimating the operation of the fees guarantee and to demonstrate its problems with estimated data. The results obtained, which analyze more than 2,500 insolvency proceedings of companies and secondary data from more than 250 administrators, show than the estimated fees guarantee would not cover the entire risk assumed. This denotes the need to address this problem with the revision of the doctrine and jurisprudence to demonstrate the lack of resources of the bankruptcy administrations and provide a solution
