Resumen de Seminario de práctica reflexiva: para una formación inicial vinculada a la realidad y a la innovación en los estudios de maestro/a de Educación Infantil y Primaria

  La presente comunicación pretende compartir conocimiento y abrir debate en torno a la formación que los futuros maestros y maestras de Educación Infantil y Primaria reciben en la Facultad de Educación i Psicología de nuestra universidad, sobre la práctica reflexiva por medio de seminarios que realizan, con el pretexto de formar futuros profesionales reflexivos y investigadores de la propia práctica. A partir del autoconocimiento / conocimiento se lleva a cabo el ejercicio de reflexión para mejorar la práctica, participar de un aprendizaje realista y se inicia un proceso de investigación en el aula durante el período de prácticas. Todo el proceso está enmarcado desde la introspección al contraste con la teoría y el papel que tiene ésta en la reconstrucción de significado.

  This communication aims to share knowledge and to create a debate on the training of nursery and primary education teachers provided at the Faculty of Education and Psychology at our university, on reflective practice through conducting seminars with the aim of training future reflective practitioners and researchers of their own practice. From self-knowledge / knowledge we carry out the exercise of reflection to improve practice and to participate in a realistic learning, we start a process of research in the classroom during the training period. The whole process is enclosed and developed from the introspection to the contrast with the theory and the role of theory in the reconstruction of meaning.
