El proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje supervisado por la figura del profesor-tutor de la UNED no tiene comparación posible con el resto de figuras de profesorado universitario. En la enseñanza presencial se cuenta con una inmediatez que el profesor-tutor carece. Ahora bien, el tiempo del que disponemos y la utilización de los foros, puede contribuir de manera importante al necesario encuadre de la asignatura en torno a los Derechos Humanos como eje esencial. Enmarcar la docencia de la asignatura dentro de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) propugnados por Naciones Unidas para 2030, y principalmente respecto al objetivo de igualdad de género.

The peculiarities of the figure of the lecturer-tutor in the UNED and the teachinglearning process we accompanied the students through, not have any comparison possible with any other figure of Spanish Universties staff. When we are involved in face-to-face teaching, there is an immediacy we lack as teacher-tutor. However, the online time available and the use of online forums can contribute significantly to the necessary framework of the subject around Human Rights as an essential axis.
Framing Criminal Law lecturing within the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) advocated by the United Nations form 2030, specially regarding to the goal of gender equality.
