En este artículo se estudian y publican algunos testimonios literarios y gráificos de la catedral de Toledo durante los reinados de Felipe II y Felipe III. Por una parte, la descripción de la iglesia realizada en 1604 por el canónigo Juan Bravo de Acuña, completada con una planta general del edificio de Nicolás de Vergara el Mozo; por otra parte, cinco dibujos del mismo arquitecto, fechados entre 1582 y 1601, de la Puerta del Perdón y la Capilla mayor de la catedral, coreografías de algunas de las celebraciones solemnes que tuvieron lugar presididas ya por los arzobispos ya por los reyes de España, nuevos testimonios de las liturgias toledanas del Siglo de Oro.

This article is devoted to the study and edition of some literary and graphic sources of the cathedral of Toledo during the reigns of Philip II and Philip III. On the one hand, the decription of the church written in 1604 by canon Juan Bravo de Acuña, wich incorporated a general plan drawn by the cathedral architect Nicolás de Vergara the Younger; on the other, five drawings by the same architect, dated between 1582 and 1601, representing the main entrance door "Puerta del Perdón" and the main chapel of the cathedral. These drawings are "choreographies" of some of the litugical celebrations performed there, either with the presence of the kings of Spain or with only that of the archbishops of Toledo.
